Greetings. My name is Norm Jones and I live in Provo, Utah. I have been smoking meat in my backyard for about 20 years. It is a wonderful hobby. Over the years I have owned several different types of smokers. I currently own a Traeger wood pellet grill and a Stump’s Classic gravity feed smoker. The Traeger is great when I am cooking for the family but I fire up the Stump’s when I want to feed a large crowd. I like to share recipes and tips with fellow smokers and friends. I created this website as a simple way to collect and share what I have learned over the years. I hope you enjoy it.

Worlds Best Norm. Your page is great! All recipes are well explained and look so tasty. You really write them well. I just started my own cue homepage and inadvertedly stole your name😊Sorry but it was just so good and I did not check if it was being used. My page though is in Swedish language so there will be no mixup. I will continue to draw inspiration from you and I would like to share recipes and experienced with you. My page is pitmasters.se .
